Contract Research and Fee for Service Lab Work

HPLC and LCMS Analytical Services
We have multiple Thermo Scientific Ultimate3000 UHPLC systems equipped with UV, Fluorescence, RI, and single-quad MS detectors. We routinely quantify fermentation products (organic acids, sugars, alcohols) as well as small molecules (alkaloids, phenylpropanoids, and polyketides) for academic and industry clients. We also have expertise in HPLC method development.
Fermentation
We have the capability to run fermentations ranging from well plate and shake flask-scaled experiments in our suite of three New Brunswick Innova 44/44R shaker-incubators to benchtop bioreactor studies using our set of 4 parallel Eppendorf BioFLO 120 bioreactors.
Molecular Biology
We have a range of molecular biology abilities and can perform molecular cloning, DNA purification, PCR, and many other assembly and analytical techniques.
